This is Rogers' DTV plan as submitted to the CRTC. All transmitters listed will be converted by 31-Aug-11 (if not already). Two exceptions - CKEM-TV-1 Red Deer and CKVU-TV-1 Courtenay. Rogers has not decided whether they will proceed with converting these transmitters. These are listed below as TBD (To Be Determined).
