    The good wife

Does anyone except for me care that this is the final season of the Good Wife? The scene where Alicia's forgives Eli is one of the reasons I will miss this show.

I generally hope for the end of almost all of the stuff I watch ... two seasons, even short 8 episode seasons should be good enough to satisfy me. I'm so far behind with so many shows (even The Good Wife), that if they never made another new piece of content for absolutely anything, I'd be fine for years.

However, I might have trouble sleeping, since I prefer to listen to podcasts before I fall asleep. Without new podcasts (I'm not that far behind), I might have to count sheep and hope for the best.

I suggest that you binge watch the past episodes of The Good Wife and you might agree with me. This show is very worthy of binge watching!!!

Yup, I've heard "good" things about the recent episodes, so at some point I will jump back in and see what all the fuss is about. There's also some talk about spin-offs for various characters once the series comes to an end, but nothing is etched in stone.

The Good Wife had some good episodes and story arcs. "Hitting the Fan" from season 5 being a favorite.

Sometimes, the storyline made you go in a direction in a court matter, make things sooo complicated that they're calling on experts on various subjects... Others just made you think about flaws and grey areas in the american court system. And there are the political ones with Peter, the religious-sensitive ones with Grace, the bitcoin, the ADA having a vendetta on a lawyer or on a firm, the murdered (Colin Sweeney) who gets away with murder, the drug dealer who has nothing to get pinned on, the panel where you're invited but have to agree and shut up... and so on. Lots of law and politics in that show.
We had a good run: 2006 to 2020. Thanks for the informations and debates.

There are not many episodes left (Series Finale airs May 8th). I read somewhere that they were going to close up lose ends but the more I watch it the more disappointed I am getting. They seems to be going back to the beginning with Peter going back to prison and Alicia standing by his side.
