Well, Citytv simsubs Fox's Lethal Weapon at 8pm, so it was predictible that tonight's episode was gonna be shelved... Turns out a baseball #7 game is necessary, meaning LW and Empire are getting bumped to next week. Problem solved.

Speaking of Fox's Empire, with Shomi closing down Nov 30th, where will it go ? Omni ? Unless Global picks it up as there's nothing to simsub at that time (wed 9pm).

Wednesday, Dec. 7
8 p.m. Hairspray Live! (s) **NEW – Three-hour Musical Event**

Once again this year, Rogers opts for "episodes on the shelf". No pre-release at 7pm, no rescheduling friday night 9pm, or use the thursday 10pm slot instead of strip sitcoms...

Wednesdays lineup is usually 8pm Lethal Weapon, 9pm Modern Family, 9:30pm Blackish.
That night, turns up only Modern Family is a rerun. I don't see anywhere in the schedule where Citytv could have rescheduled Lethal and Blackish.

Advanced TV Listings for Dec 14th, Fox has Empire at 8pm and series premiere of Star at 9pm, while Citytv has unlabeled Lethal Weapon episode at 8pm. At 9pm, new Modern Family and new Blackish, meaning one Blackish episode goes unaired. Dunno if there are issues with continuity, but as usual, Rogers may expect you to watch the episode directly from ABC.

Aformentioned Black-ish episode is scheduled to air this wednesday Dec 21 at 9:30pm, its usual home. The ABC lineup that night are reruns, including a rerun of Real O'Neals at 9:30pm that Citytv opted not to simsub.

For tonight (Dec 19), NBC scheduled a 2-hours America's Got Talent that Citytv will simsub, meaning the new 2 Broke Girls episode at 9:30pm gets bumped to next monday, Dec 26.
