Which is the best internet provider?

Hey guys,

I have not long moved to Toronto, Canada and we got the internet provider "Distributel" and i can not explain how bad the provider is, when the internet actually works yea its ok still not giving me the mbps promised my the company though, and if i have to call them out to my location this takes them days (i don't live in the middle of the forest). So i am looking for something different something that will allow me to download at a fast rate, stream without any issues and use all aspects of the internet with no freezing/slow loading issues, if this is possible. I use my PC a lot at home it's like my second life outside of work so when he internet goes down it drives me crazy. Any advice on what i could do to make my internet faster and more reliable i will give it a go no problem, if not any suggestions on different internet providers would be greatly appreciated.

Distributel works fine for me. Well, QOS depends on many factors, there is no way that recommended providers will work for you. Vivid example - I concider Distributel quite well for me, bandwidth is decent.
