2017/18 U.S. & Canadian Network Upfronts and Fall Launch Schedule

We are less than a month away from upfront season for all the major U.S. and Canadian networks. As the broadcast networks are in the process of combing over which pilots they will pick up to series, shows to be renewed and cancelled, many of the U.S specialty networks have already announced their plans for 2017/18.

The upfronts and fall launches start with both the U.S. and French Canadian networks from mid-to-late May followed by the English Canadian networks in early June.

Here is a listing of the dates when both the U.S. and Canadian networks will be announcing their 2017/18 lineups. Generally, the announcements are made via press release earlier in the day of the scheduled upfronts before the live presentations are made to advertisers in the afternoon.

U.S. NETWORKS

Monday May 15 - NBC (morning, press release may be issued on Sunday May 14) and FOX (afternoon)

Tuesday May 16 - ABC (afternoon)

Wednesday May 17 - CBS (afternoon)

Thursday May 18 - The CW (morning)
