I recall one pirate site owner mentioning OVH as a good host that allows pirate files, but he doesn't need any customer support (that OVH isn't known for) since his people are top notch wizards that can fix anything.

Anyway, I know nothing about this topic (and there are plenty of confusing Top 10 Hosting/VPS Lists), but what works for one company, may not be a good fit for another. Regardless, just be sure to avoid any of the troublesome ones listed below (unless they've been sold again and are now perhaps trustworthy):
