Google and the Toronto Public Library have team up to offer Wi-Fi Hotspot for free to library patrons for six months with unlimited data. It is being offered in the low income areas. I thing this is a wonderful idea but I am trying to figure out what's in it for Google? Am I looking for conspiracy where there is none, in that they get accesses to our information without paying a higher price for it?

What are the pros and cons for Google in doing this.
