No surprise, but I would have put Shazam at 7pm and Love Connection at 10pm. Makes more sense to me as Shazam is probably more a family show than the other. The have Little Big Shots Thursday at 8pm on June 14th and then the Gong show in the same slots but they don't tell where LBS goes then.

City has no summer drama or sitcom. Outside the reality shows and a few ABC/Fox reruns they can simsub, City's primetime schedule will look like an infinite Modern Family reruns playground.

    - Fox has nothing
    - ABC has US/FR/DE production "Take Two" (no canadian broadcaster?) & Quantico (CTV)
    - NBC has Reverie & Shades of Blue (both on Global)
    - CBS has Salvation & Elementary (Global) + Code Black (CTV)
    - The CW has CBC's Burden of Truth, Outpost + Originals (no canadian broadcaster), The 100 + Life Sentence (Netflix)

City could have fetch conventional broadcast rights to a series from specialty, like FX.

I am pretty sure Take Two will get a Canadian broadcaster, probably CTV, since it is in part produced by ABC Studios.
They have time to announce it has it only premieres June 21st.

I would also add Elementary which continues all summer on CBS/Global.

Wth CHCH's fall lineup announcement today, they picked up ABC's Speechless from City, paired with ABC's Fresh Off the Boat fridays starting at 8pm in simulcast. CHCH was also the canadian broadcaster for ABC's Last Man Standing season 4 to 6 (dropped from City), returning this fall, fridays 8pm on Fox. Elegantly missing.

So far, City lost Fox's The Resident to CTV and ABC's Speechless to CHCH...

Fox finally decided to burnoff Ghosted on sundays starting June 10th with 2 episodes (8:30 & 9:30), then June 17 & 24. After that, there are 3 episodes left.
    http://tvline.com/2018/06/02/ghosted...x-return-date/

Citytv is given 1 week notice, Rogers will likely update their schedule by friday afternoon. On June 10, City is simsubbing ABC's Celebrity Family Feud at 8pm, therefor if they simsub Family Guy at 9pm, the first Ghosted episode is expected to air at 7:30pm?

The show is apparently "not cancelled", but cancelling its march return resulting in a long hiatus ain't a good sign. Cast member Amber Stevens West was cast in CBS's Happy Together, scheduled to premiere mondays 8:30pm this fall.

EDIT : Rogers finally adjusted their schedule.
Since ABC has NBA Finals on sunday June 17, City will simsub Fox's lineup of reruns, sans Simpsons... So, big thinking heads at Rogers came with this scenario : let's take the first June 10th Ghosted episode we can't simsub and air it 1 week later, at 8pm while a Simpsons rerun airs on Fox.

I get the impression City will loop between a small selection of 6-8 cancon movies this summer on fridays and saturdays... Emmanuelle Vaugier, Rachael Leigh Cook, Laura Vandervoort, Morena Baccarin...

No blockbuster or big hollywood movies, like it's the case with french-language broadcasters TVA (longer segments + 5 min ad breaks) and V (cutting the movie every 5 minutes). To Rogers, a cancon movie or 4x Modern Family (or Mom) reruns, same effortless results. No counter-programming.

Montreal didn't get a Citytv affiliate before 2013, but consulting old TV schedules on this website, City devoted some evenings to "Great Movies". I hope they were great back then.

Scratch that. The sunday NBA game is gone on ABC, a new Celebrity Family Feud is being simsubbed, so the missing Ghosted episode is back on the shelf...

    - Sat July 7 : False Pretenses (2004) with Peta Wilson
    - Fri July 13 : Hidden Crimes <--- WHOA, AGAIN ?
    - Sat July 14 : Deadly Isolation <--- AGAIN TOO ?
    - Fri July 20 : Out of Control (2009) with Laura Vandervoort <-- aired 1 month ago, just before this listings started
    - Sat July 21 : Lies and Deception (2005) with Mädchen Amick
    - Fri July 27 : Reverse Angle <--- AGAIN !
    - Sat July 28 : Perfect Plan (2010) with Emily Rose
    - Fri Aug 3 : Ties That Bind (2010) with Kristen Hager
    - Sat Aug 4 : Web of Lies (2009) with Majandra Delfino
    - Fri Aug 10 : Ring of Deceit (2009) with Rebecca Mader -- initially. Replaced with Bad Blood + Whistleblower (s-CBS) + Versailles
    - Sat Aug 11 : Second Chances (2010) with Melissa George -- initially. Replaced with Bad Blood x2 + Versailles
    - Fri Aug 17 : (simsub of Whistleblower with CBS)
    - Sat Aug 18 : (Bad Blood x2 + Versailles)

Aug 6 update : Looks like Rogers decided to dump the weekend cancon-quota-filler movies. Oh well...

Those missing Ghosted episodes will start turning up - only they have "disappeared" from primetime. City has taken a page out of Global's playbook and is burning off the last episodes on Sunday afternoons at 5:30pm

City previously aired the show in simulcast with FOX on Sundays at 9:30pm for those three weeks in the month of June. Since then, City has made changes to their schedule moving Versailles to Sunday at 9:00pm and CanCon original series Bad Blood takes its place at 10:00pm (where it previously aired on Saturdays). Simulcast reruns of Family Guy appear to have been scrapped from the schedule for the time being. These reruns could have been very well paired with original episodes of Ghosted...

The remaining episodes that FOX will burn off for the next three weeks will air in post-release the following Sunday in the afternoon on City.

Here's how City plans on airing those episodes:

    Episode 11 - The Wire (OAD: 6/10/2018) - Sunday July 8 at 5:30pm

Episode 14 - Unbelievable (OAD: 7/8/2018) - Sunday July 15 at 2:30pm (Special time due to live coverage of the Toronto Molson Indy)

    Episode 15 - The Airplane (OAD: 7/15/2018) - Sunday July 22 at 5:30pm

    Episode 16 - Hello Boys (OAD: 7/22/2018) - Sunday July 29 at 4:30pm

Though this is nothing new, I find it outrageous how Canadian networks treat these American shows by placing them in obscure timeslots where very few people would be likely to watch them, all because they have been cancelled by the originating network.

    Considering
how much of a big deal it was for these networks when they obtained the rights to these shows (largely due to their input deals with the studio), you think they would at least get some proper decent sampling in primetime, and not necessarily just for simulcast purposes. Instead, we are inundated with endless reruns and timefillers for two or three shows, as popular as they may be, (i.e. The Big Bang Theory, Mom, Modern Family) that have already aired far too many times than we can count. Therefore, your best chances of catching or following along with original episodes of a cancelled show comes down to pure luck, especially because, at that point the network will not even bother advertising or running any promos for the show, unless you happen to encounter what happened on their website or perhaps catch it on demand. And when all else fails, most will choose to stream or download them online.

UPDATE: The series finale of Ghosted will air Sunday, July 29 at 4:30pm to make room for the premiere of the crime documentary series Pink Collar Crimes at 5:00pm. Such practical scheduling...

Looks like City picked up the 2 Crime Docu Series from CBS. Whistleblower on Fridays at 8pm in simulcast and Pink Collar Crimes on Sundays at 5pm (!?) post-CBS starting July 29th.
