Vtele decided to go in a new direction. They lost significant advertisers with their so-called "trashy programming" reputation, so they now target women, the household decision-makers. New logo, sure, but the same shows are still on until their respective series finale and get replaced.
"Moment V" is part of Slow TV format, popular in Norway. Think "Stingray Ambiance" channel, but the producer instead put an HD camera on top of his vehicle in and around Iles-de-la-Madeleine, stopped at the water's edge.
The overnight sex-line ads were ridiculous, it was the same 29 minutes segment over and over, consisting of cute girls in bikinis, suggestive moves, in different locations, mostly nice backyards with a pool. Then solo girl... omg, she's gonna remove her top... and.... fade to segment where female announcer suggests to call to talk to one of the girls (How many idiots fell for that?). Oh, and as always, they advertised a 1-800 toll-free number "free trial", then it must be a 1-900 number advertised at a 1-time fee of 41$ for like 10 minutes... Anyways, good riddence !
Back in mid 90's when TQS was experiencing financial troubles, for one summer, the network signed-on at 4pm.
