I have no specific date for the shutdown, I wanted to give everyone a chance to say goodbye, but the ultimate deadline is when we renew our hosting contract in september as we scale down our hosting plan to reduce costs.

I understand. But maybe you could just leave it on until then if there isn't any additonal cost for it staying on until your contract renews?
