Ok, so Canadian Idol doesn't do as well in Toronto as compared to the national level.

Mhmm, doesn't even make the top 5 in Toronto, doesn't even make the top 15 in Vancouver. And this is with TONS of advertising from CTV.

Canadian Idol does well in small Canadian cities across Canada, but in hip cities like Vancouver it doesn't even make the top 15:)

And let's not forget that American Idol does great in both Toronto & Vancouver.
