In order to keep spam to a minimum, we have a policy to hold messages posted by new members for moderation. This has become necessary early on as spammer would register and post their crappy ads all over the forums.

Once you've registered and confirm your email address, you'll be able to post but others will not see your posts until we validate you first post. Once we determine you're not a spammer, your post will be validated and you posts will no longer be moderated.

Also, you will not be able to PM (send s private message to other members) until you post at least once.

Although we visit the forum often, it may take a few hours before your post is validated. We're sorry if this inconveniences you but it is a necessary evil to make this forum as spam free as possible.

Spammers are far too busy trying to put their crap all over all forums on the internet to actually have the time to read anything on the forums! ;)

I wanted to find out if there is any forum for CBC Radio as i seldom watch tv but spend a fair time listening while driving etc. I didn't see any obvious thread here but maybe i just missed it in my first few minutes of browsing. ANyway, after reading this sticky, it seems a good idea to post my query here.

If there is no separate site, would it be possible to create a thread/forum at this site? It may seem incongruous given your name Viewers.ca but hey, i think folks will forgive you anyway. I also recognize it may be confusing as one particular issue could be discussed under separate headings but, life isn't perfect anyway! Hope you can accommodate. Thanks
