    Also I have reason to believe Boy Meets World - Season 4 is syndicated cuts. Almost all episodes run less then 22 minutes, which is too short IMO for 1996.
    That sucks but if true not too surprising since Lionsgate has done this with other series they have released- ALF comes to mind. People have been waiting for this series to be finished off and now that it appears it might actually happen they go and release it with edited episodes.

    I absolutely hate this practice and I refuse to buy any TV series release that does not have original uncut episodes. There is no reason why they should have to do this and I am not referring here to music edits, those are another whole issue unto themselves. They charge high prices for one season and can't even give the fans the original, uncut versions of the episodes?! :mad: I wish more people would take a stand and not settle for mediocrity- don't buy TV series that feature the syndicated versions of the episodes!! I have tried my best in my lists to point out which releases feature syndicated prints, of course this only applies to shows where I have been able to confirm that the episodes are edited.

    Thanks for the info NakedGord, some points however:

    I have never heard of Lateline and it was a very short lived series, as was Poilce Squad. Only lasting for a few episodes tells me that perhaps they weren't that popular, of course that might not be the case?! (Freaks and Geeks lasted less then 1 season but is a cult hit)

    Buffalo Bill- I have never heard of this either, what was it about?!

    Curb Your Enthusiasm is a show that debuted in 2000, my lists only go as far as the 90's.

    What's Happening!! (and the sequel What's Happening Now!!) have been added to the lists.

    Lateline - not popular but excellent political comedy featuring cameos from the likes of G. Gordon Liddy to Robert Reich.

    Police Squad - sorta popular from the Naked Gun connection. Also a pomped out special feature disc. With Neilson's death and it being the only NG property not pimped out fully by Paramount yet I suspect it'll be showing up value priced at all the big box stores soon.

    Bullalo Bill - Coleman plays a local host in Bullalo hosting a show kinda like the old A.M. Buffalo. Co-stars newcomer Geena Davis and Max Wright (ALF). Excellent guest spots including former Buff mayor Jimmy Griffen and Burt Renyolds.

    "Mr. Coleman is at the top of his form" - NY Times

    None are popularin the literal sense but all should be IMO.

    Great news for sitcom fans and the best part is this appears to be a full retail release not that MOD crap that Warner has started getting into. Hopefully they will release Night Court Season 4 in retail as the MOD release was pulled due to some problems and has not re-appeared on their website?!

    2011 looks like it might be the year of surprises, so far we have two release announcements for stalled shows and one for a show never before released on DVD:

    Now that "Police Squad" and "Quark" have made it to DVD, I'm pulling for a release of "Holmes and Yo-Yo". A sitcom in the ill-conceived category, which, despite its failure, made some network programmer green light the equally bad "Future Cop" starring Ernest Borgnine.
    "Frankly, you can take a good show and kill it by negligent scheduling and you can take the same show and make it a hit by brilliant scheduling. It's a real craft, and that wasn't practised much here because in private broadcasting up until now, the programmer's job was mostly to choose what to simulcast.
