The following stations are now in digital:
    CIII-DT Paris
    CIII-DT-7 Midland

The following station is now broadcasting exclusively in digital:
    CIII-DT-41 Toronto (on both 41 and 65)

This makes Global the second broadcaster (after TVO) to transition all of their mandatory signals to digital.

EDIT: CFRN-DT has been testing and will shut down tomorrow, back up on Sept 1.

CBC stations in Winnipeg will delay their transition by one month
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The installation of CBC and Radio-Canada’s new DTV transmitters in Winnipeg has been delayed by one month, until September 30, 2011. The extension is required to accommodate an unforeseen delay that is outside of the Corporation’s control. During construction it became apparent that the tower on the rooftop of the Richardson building in Winnipeg was unable to safely accommodate the new DTV antennas. The tower must be reinforced with steel before the antennas can be installed. The necessary materials to reinforce the tower will not available until later in September. Both stations plan to continue to broadcasting an analogue signal until the new DTV transmitters are ready, subject to CRTC approval. That means that for the next month or so, there will be no change to the over-the-air service offered by CBC and by Radio-Canada in Winnipeg:

CBC will continue to broadcast on analogue channel 6 until it switches to digital channel 27 in September.
Radio-Canada will continue to broadcast on analogue channel 3 until it switches to digital channel 51 in September.

CFTU-TV Montreal (Canal Savoir) will not switch to digital in time. According to their website, they plan on going digital by October 31, 2011.

MONTREAL - Canal Savoir insists it would have made the deadline if it weren’t for the asbestos and the baby peregrine falcons.
    (...)
Canal Savoir is largely run by volunteers and has a yearly budget of only $1.2 million, but general manager Sylvie Godbout said the station has been putting money aside for three years and the delay isn’t because of a lack of money. Its transmitter is in the tower at the heart of the Université de Montréal campus, but it’s inaccessible this month because the university is removing asbestos on the 21st floor.

In July, the problem was the recent birth of four peregrine falcons whose nest is on the tower. Named Tawodi, Rick, Éole and Altius, all male, they were hatched in May and could not be disturbed while still in their infancy.

For these reasons, construction work, which includes strengthening the support for the TV antenna, had to be delayed until September. Godbout said they expect the new transmitter to be running by the end of September, a month before the end of the extension “graciously” given by the CRTC.

CJNT-DT Montreal flash-cut to digital last saturday as scheduled. It is now on UHF 49 (PSIP 62.1).

CFJP-DT Montreal went offline this morning for antenna adjustment from UHF 42 to UHF 35. CFJP-TV analog 35 will go offline sometime after midnight, probably during the Call TV show.

There were too many updates in the last 24 hours that it's difficult to keep track.

Montreal: CFJP turned off analog 35 transmitter at 11:31pm and came back online in digital on UHF 35 a few minutes later.
Montreal: CFCF turned off analog 12 transmitter at 12:05am right after local news and came back online in digital on VHF 12 a few minutes later.

Ottawa: CKXT-DT-3 (Sun News) has been turned off for good.
Ottawa: CITS-DT-1 (CTS) signed on UHF 42.

    CTV Two
    Ottawa: CHRO-DT-43 flash-cut to digital
    Barrie: CKVR-DT signed on digital
    Victoria: CIVI-DT flash-cut to digital
    London: CFPL-DT signed on digital
Windsor: CHWI-DT flash cut to digital

Toronto: CFTO turned off analog and went digital on VHF 9.
    ...
    and the list goes on.

I think it's safe to say at this point that all digital transmitters required to transition in mandatory markets have signed on (except for CBW(F)T and CFTU).

Sun News has apparently been dropped by Rogers in Ottawa. Keep up the good work Rogers. :)

For some strange reason, CHEK still has their analog transmitter running. Not sure why they would be doing that, since Victoria is a mandatory market.

I switched my eqipment over to the digital singal for CHEK on Aug. 30 as they had discontinued the analog singal that morning. They are transmitting their digital signal.

Nope, their analog signal is still running strong. I'm listening to them live on 87.7 and Skye Ryan is doing the weather forecast.

CFTU-TV Montreal is off the air since yesterday. Status unknown. They originally had until October 31 to switch to digital, but had experienced delays, so their homepage mentions they have until December 15.

The CRTC has revoked the CKXT licence, and CHCH has already applied to switch to the now available UHF channel 15 frequency in Hamilton, abandoned by Quebecor pulling the plug on CKXT. It will be interesting to see if someone applies to use UHF channel 40 in Toronto, presumably also now available.

Someone already has- Rogers has applied to move CJMT-DT to ch. 40 from their current spot at ch. 51.
